1. Eat Handful of Almonds Every Day
Make it habit to munch on a handful of almonds everyday, preferably in the morning. You can have them with a glass of milk for additional health benefits.
2. Use it as a Natural Cleanser
Do you know that you can make your own face wash using almonds at home? If you want to refine our skin tone, you can grind 3 almonds in a grinder. Add 3 drops of sweet almond oil to the powder and 3 drops of lemon juice to it. Mix it well to make a concoction. Add some rose water to balance the consistency. Apply this paste on your face and massage it gently. After 2-3 minutes, wash it using lukewarm water.

3. Make a Nourishing Face Pack
Blanch four almonds and blend them to make a smooth paste. Beat one egg white and add it to the almonds paste. Apply this paste on your face evenly. Keep it on for 10 minutes. Then wash it using cold water.
4. Fight Acne with Almonds
Almonds are rich in Olein glyceride and linoleic acid. This prevents the occurrence of acne and reduces the acne scars as well. You can use almonds as an exfoliator. Prepare this homemade almond scrub for acne-free skin. Take some almond powder and add 2 tablespoons of white/brown sugar to it. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to add. You can add some almond oil if you have dry skin. Apply this paste on your face and rub it in gentle circular motion. Do this twice for visibly clearer skin.

5. Reduce Dark Circles with Almonds
Almonds are rich in Vitamin E and are an excellent tool to reduce the Panda eyes. You can massage few drops of almond oil on your under eye region to diminish your dark circles. Do this before going to bed every night. You can also apply a homemade almond eye mask on your under eyes. Mix some almond powder, milk and lemon juice to make a paste. Almonds are very beneficial for your hair health as well. You can mix one cup of almonds in a half cup of yogurt. Add some fenugreek paste. Now keep this mixture overnight and in the next morning, break an egg into the mixture. Make a paste and apply it on your scalp to get rid of dandruff. It also conditions your hair.
