My Experience…
I have quite a few shades from Maybelline. I find their lipsticks to be of decent quality. MF 21 is another shade from Maybelline New Watershine Pure Natural Water Lip Color range. The lipcolor is shiny, watery and creamy. It gives a nice soft feel and hint of color to the lips. The texture of the lipstick is supersoft and ultraglossy. It glides smoothly on lips. It gives a glossy shine to your lips. It is a good shade for daily use.
It is moisturizing enough to make your lips supple and soft. This lipcolor has no shimmer…it is just like tinted lip balm. The color of the lipcolor is good, I like pinky sheen it gives to my lips…tempting enough. According to me, this shade suits all complexions. It does not settle into fine lines of the lips.
I am medium fair skin toned. It suits me well. The staying power is not more than hour. It cannot survive drinks and light snacks. If you are looking for some moisturizing with some hint of color then this lipcolor is certainly your pick.
It comes in a silvery shiny casing which is quite classy and sophisticated.

- The lipstick is very soft, it may break easily

Overall, I like this lipcolor.I will buy this lipcolor again, but do try other shades in this range, you too fall in love with it!!!So, go ahead and buy it.
