Tips to exfoliate your tender skin….

First of all, gather all those required things for exfoliating. So, you need a loofah, a pumice stone, a back brush, moisturizer and an exfoliating body wash. And yeah, do not take these things as options. They are must. If you want to have to a tender and soft skin then you need to require all these things.
Before the shower!
Prefer a dry brush before you get to the shower. Just rub that dry loofah on your skin before start bathing. It makes your skin get rid away from those dead cells and you can start with it. This one is great even if you do not exfoliate your skin.
Pampering the feet!
I am sure that after much of walking, working, shopping and hanging out, your feet look rough by the weekends. Rub that dry nasty skin of your heels with a pumice stone. Soak your feet in the tub of water and let them relax for at least 15 minutes. Trust me! Your feet are going to love it!!
An exfoliating cleanser
Find a nice exfoliating cleanser for yourself. You have to rub it first on the feet, legs and then the rest of your body. Make sure that you use the cleanser on your skin in a circular motion. Softly remove your dead skin using loofah.
The back massage!!
Do not leave that sexy back please. I know, cleaning backs are tricky but, you have to do it too. The long back brush will help you to reach all those hard to reach areas. Do it in the circular motion.
