Return Policy:

We respect our commitment of your satisfaction and  under that oath we will be liable to change and supply new product  If you are not contented with any of the products you have purchased at khoobsurati.com, you may return the article in its original packaging within 15 days of your shipment receiving date. For detailed information please carefully evaluate our return directions and policy below. 

Cancelling the Order:

Just a call to our customer services will help you in order cancellation anytime between 10 am to 5:30pm on week days only. If you have received order shipment mail that means your order has been dispatched so you should not accept the order and return it as it is after informing our customer care agents.

There is one more way of order cancellation and returning by filling Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which will go directly to the customer care and you will get an answer within 24 hours. 

Return policy:

Our policies are transparent and fair, we only take product back if they are not tampered and if genuinely it is our mistake or some confusion on account of our partners.

• Returned products will be checked properly by our staff before acceptance. The merchandise should be fully returned with every part like the promotional gifts as well and the original packaging of the product.
• Returning of any beauty tools is also subject to the full return, you have to return it fully with all the leads and adapter and every part. 
•  Merchandise that does not qualify our return policy will not be accepted back and will be shipped back on the expense of the customer. We reserve the rights to refund and return any returns merchandise.

Returning unused Goods:

Returning new merchandise, please get in contact with our customer support team and they will direct you in the course of the Return process. The procedure will be location based and the category of the commodities you hope to return.

Once you receive order intact, no cancellations or return of the same will be entertained.

Refunds:

The refunding process takes almost 15 days and we only pay by cheque in case of cash on delivery cases. The cheque will be issued in the name of the person mentioned in the bills. In case the mode of payment is through card then the amount of money will be transferred back to the same account which had been used for paying.

Exchange Policies:

Goods will be subject to exchange in case the goods delivered to you are damaged in transportation, we will change the product provided the item reaches us in exact seal and packing. The accountability and charges for exchanging the product to Khoobsurati.com will rest with the client. We generally will only substitute the product but will refund as well depending upon the case. Replacement will be only within seven working days from date of delivery. However we shall not swap one product for another if not damaged.

Order Cancellations:

For cancellations of your orders you will have to call our customer care and tell them your order no. subject to cancellation. The cancellation period is valid only till 12 hours of order receipt.

One more way for order cancellation is through email, where you again will refer to your order no. and details regarding your order which will help us track your order and see if it is subject to cancellation, for if the order has left our premises then it will not be subject to cancellation.
