The ingredients which you’ll be needing for body polishing are:
- 1 cup rice powder
- 1 cup crushed mint leaves
- 1 tsp camphor powder
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 10 drops of peppermint oil

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and add some rose water to alter the consistency. Pat some cold milk on your body and rub this paste all over your body. Rinse your body with cold water. You will feel a cooling sensation throughout your body.
Body Polishing for Detox
The ingredients you’ll be needing for making this detox body polish are:
- 1 cup sea salt
- 1 cup olive oil
- 10 drops of germanium oil
- 4 drops of bergamot oil
Mix the ingredients well in a bowl to make a thick paste. Rub this mixture gently on your body and massage it in gentle circular motions. Wash it with normal water. Your body will feel soft and refreshed as the sea salt gets rid of the dead skin cells and toxins.
Body Polish for Nourishing
- 1 cup almond powder
- 1 cup barley flour
- 4 tsp rice powder
- 2 tsp sandalwood powder
Mix the ingredients together and add some milk for nourishment. Add few drops of almond oil and whip it into a smooth paste. Rub this paste on your body for few minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Your skin will be super nourished and exfoliated. This body polish scrub is best for the winters.
Body Polish for Blackheads and Whiteheads
Apart from the tip of your nose, your inner thighs, buttocks and upper arms also suffer from blackheads and whiteheads. They happen due to build-up of sebum and dirt into the pores. This DIY body polish scrub will get rid of the blackheads and whiteheads from the body.
For making this body polishing scrub, you’ll need following ingredients:
- 1 cup Daliya powder
- 1 cup rice powder
- ½ cup Masoor dal
- ½ cup whole-wheat flour
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl to make a smooth paste. Rub this paste all over your body in gentle circular motions. Scrub it more in the problematic areas. Wash it with normal water.
