  • 12 Chicken leg pieces
  • 4 teaspoon onion paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chicken masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoon maida
  • 1/4th tsp of baking soda
  • Refined oil to fry

How to Make Chicken Lollipop

1. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on the chicken leg pieces.
2. Take one bowl. Mix onion, garlic and ginger paste in it. Add some salt and red chilli powder. Add the chicken masala and make a batter.
3. Cover the chicken leg pieces in this batter completely. Keep the leg pieces aside for 15 minutes.
4. Now take another bowl and take some cornflour, maida, baking soda, salt and water in it. Make a paste of them. Marinate the chicken with this paste and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
5. Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Add the chicken pieces to the oil and fry them well. When the chicken pieces become golden brown, take them out. Your chicken lollipops are ready.
6. Garnish it with onion rings and green chutney. Serve it hot.
