They say if you have an ulcer and you put salt on it, it will heal the ulcer faster. So most people don't because of the fear of the pain. But I do it only for the pain. The suffering. The agony. I love the burning sensation where your lips crumble and the shooting sting is all you can feel. That sensation of intense pain and then just numbness. There is still a part of me that is addicted to pain. Where everything is going wonderful and I anticipate the feeling of sadness seeping in. Most days there is no concrete reason to it. But Ive gotten so accustomed to torment being part of my life that if I don't feel sorrow, I feel something is off. I feel like something's missing. And I know there should be a balance of happiness and sadness but for most of my life the latter was just a natural part of my subconscious that now if everything is fine my mind automatically creates pain. My mind makes me believe the worst possible situation. My mind makes me believe I am Nothing. My mind already makes me believe I will damage you. And then I'll lament on the horrific. Of her touching you, Kissing you. And it makes me sick. Holding you the way I would have. And I'm cringing because she doesn't love you like I do. She doesn't know how to. I've already sabotaged us because that's what I do best. I'll expect the worst, making myself feel miserable. But I know if I do it's just so that I won't be disappointed. So I have no expectations because then I cannot be disappointed. Disappointed because I would be once a favourite memory, once a beautiful dream. Once a hope. And now we are nothing. Day 1 of period 🤢🤢🤢, I'm not doing yoga but that doesn't mean I'm not going to workout. A lot of dancing and running. 💁🏾Things I don't like (because hate is too strong of a word!) The pike press was something I have always loved watching people do, and always wanted to be able to do it. But again it was a skill I thought was way out of my league, so I never pursued it. But since the last two days for some reason I wrote down in my notes(I write my daily goals for my training in my journal) that I would get the pike press. And today it happened!!!!!!…here I got a bit ambitious and on my first attempt of getting the pike press itself I tried to go through into an L-sit!!!!🤣😘😳 It's crazy the stuff we can achieve when we focus our minds on it!!!..No Limits!!!!..The only limits are the ones we put on our selves!!!! Thanks to @holisticmovement who helped me crack the code!!!💪🏽🙅🏼🙏❤😘🤸🏻‍♂️ ..and of course @miguel_hand_balance for being such an inspiring teacher.🙏🙏🙏
