Ingredients needed for laddoo paratha recipe:
Motichoor laddoo- 5
Wheat flour- 2 cups
Oil- as required
Sugar- 1 teaspoon
Ghee- 4 tablespoons
Water- as required
Now, how to make laddoo paratha:
First, take a bowl and break the motichoor laddoo.
Now, take a separate bowl and add wheat flour to it.
Then, add sugar and oil to it.
After that keep the mixture aside for 5 minutes.
Then, knead the soft dough by gradually adding water to the flour.
Once the dough is prepared, make small balls of it.
Roll them into the shape of a poori.
Now, add the motichoor laddoo mixture to the poori.
Then, tightly close the ends and again roll them into a paratha.
In the meantime, heat tawa on medium flame.
Add some ghee to the tawa.
Then, place the paratha on the tawa and cook.
Make sure you cook the paratha from both sides till it turns brown in color.
After cooking the paratha, place it on a separate plate.
And your laddoo paratha is ready.
