Yoga To Reduce Breast Size

# Wall Press Technique or Wall Push Up

Touch the wall and lean your body towards it. Make sure your hands are straight and on the wall at shoulder height. Inhale and press your body similar to that of push exercise. Exhale and revert back to the original position. Keep in mind to keep the elbows at sides throughout.

# Fish Pose

Avoid this exercise if you suffer from high or low blood pressure. It is a stretching exercise and provides a relaxed body.
Lie on your back with feet and hand relaxed. Keep your hands under the hips and face your palm down. Bring both the elbows closer. Breathe in and enhance the head and lift your chest up. Elevate your chest, lowering the head backward and the top of the head towards the floor. While you are still in this position, pressing the elbows firmly into the ground, placing the weight on elbows not on the head. Lift up the chest up from in between shoulder blades and press the thighs and legs to the floor. Retain this pose for few mins, and take gentle and long breaths. Calm down after each pose. Lift up your head once you are down and lower the chest. Slowly bring back hands along the side of the body and relax.

This asana is very challenging and a little difficult. Lie flat on the back. Exhale while you bend the knees and bring the feet to the buttocks with the sole of the feet flat put on the floor. Bend the arms and place the palms of your hands flat on the floor. Fingers should be pointing towards the back. Inhale slowly and raise your head, back and buttocks against the floor while stretching the spine. Continue to press downward with hands and feet raising the hips and stomach if possible.
Hold the breath for for some time. Once it becomes difficult to hold it for longer duration slowly exhale and return back to the floor in the original position.

# Camel Pose

This pose is pretty easy as compared to other poses. Kneel down on the ground and put your hands on your hips. Bend your hands backward touching the heels. Stretch backwards and curl up your head backwards. Remain in this position for a few minutes and then release.
One can also opt for cardio exercises apart from yoga to reduce the extra fat that gets collected at the breast area making you look little uneasy. Exercises such as walking, jogging, running also proves to be an effective measure in breast size reduction.
