Pollution has already taken a toll on every single person in the National Capital Region. People with respiratory illness are the worst hits. A sore throat, headaches, nausea, fever, etc. have become a daily affair these days. While popping a pill for each of your illness might seem to be a respite to you, but in long run, it doesn’t work. It’s the time you should head to your kitchen. Not for cooking, but to find some magical kitchen ingredients for your issues.
1. Menstrual Pain
Squeeze a lemon in a glass of water and drink it daily for pain relief.
Eat a peeled apple with some salt. Have it on an empty stomach for quick relief.
3. Gastric Pain
Add one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda in water and drink it bottoms up.
4. Sore Throat
Boil some basil leaves in water till the juices of the leaves are extracted. Use this liquid for gargling.
5. Mouth Ulcers
Eat a ripe banana with honey for quick relief from mouth ulcers. You can apply it on your ulcers for relief.
Mix some organic apple cider vinegar in a half a cup of hot water and add some cayenne pepper. Drink it twice a day while it is still hot.
7. High Blood Pressure
Eat an Amla with some milk to lower down your blood pressure. Have it early in the morning.
Have a tablespoon of honey with half tablespoon of cinnamon every night before going to bed every night.
Add some camphor to coconut oil. Massage your scalp with this oil and wash your hair the next day.
10. Premature Greying Hair
Dry the Amla slices and boil it in some coconut oil. Massage this mixture in your scalp everyday.
11. Dark Circles
Mix some glycerine in orange juice and apply it on your dark circles to lighten them eventually. Make sure that it doesn’t enter your eyes.
