Tiredness and unusual fatigue are known as the early pregnancy symptoms. This happens because of the progesterone hormone which reaches its peak and puts a woman to sleep. And the feeling of tiredness is triggered by the blood pressure and low blood sugar levels in the body.

During pregnancy, your body undergoes various hormonal changes which slow down the digestion process and lead to constipation. Besides this, people sometimes also feel bloating in the stomach.

Spotting or implantation bleeding is the earliest sign of pregnancy which happens much before the missed period and is misunderstood as menstruation. This bleeding occurs when the fertilized egg attaches itself to the walls of the uterus and lasts for three days. It is said that a pregnant woman misses her period after four weeks of conception as the HCG hormone increases in the body which blocks the ovaries to prevent the release of mature eggs.

During the initial stage of pregnancy, the blood in the body increases which also increases the level of water in the bladder and makes kidney work more than the usual. So, there are chances that your bathroom trips might get more frequent and might also reach to the extent of accidental leaking.

Food aversions are very common during the initial months of the pregnancy which is generally triggered by smell emitted by the food. During the first trimester, the olfactory nerves become too sensitive that if the smell is not pleasing, it might even lead to vomiting and nausea.

This is a very common symptom associated with pregnancy. Morning sickness is basically a sickness feeling with an inclination that can happen anytime during the day. The reasons behind this are still not clear but, doctors doubt that hormones play a role in this too.
