Water is the elixir of life. But most of us disregard the utility of this essential fluid. Our doctors have always suggested us to drink at least 3 litres of water everyday to stay healthy. But there are plenty of us who don’t really follow this advice.

If you’re not able to focus your attention towards one thing or you’re feeling restless, then the reason might be dehydration. Water also regulates the oxygen level in our body. When we don’t drink ample water, our body doesn’t get enough oxygen.
8. Dark-Yellow Urine
People who don’t drink enough water often experience dark coloured urine. This is a signal that your body isn’t getting the amount of water it should be. If your urine is dark yellow in colour, then start drinking considerable amounts of water.
