3. Remain hydrated

An important tip to remember in context to breastfeeding. Be happy and avoid domestic and personal stress. The more you remain happy the more you will be able to produce the milk.

5. Surround yourself with support
Breastfeeding can make new moms nervous but she can overcome this by a good moral support from family members and the people around them. So, try to surround yourself with a bunch of nice people.
6. Never introduce pacifiers and bottles early
Never ever introduce your child with pacifiers and bottles till they completely stop breastfeeding. Because if you start off early then they will stop drinking milk which is not good for their health.
