It was a time when I was not been able to style up my hair due to grey hairs. I used to hide them and could only be able to tie a ponytail. Oh God, what a gruesome situation it was… Grey hair has become very common in adulthood age, so girls… after a lot of research and testing, I’ve come up with few outstanding tips that you can follow to cure and prevent your hair from graying.
If you’ll know that healthy food could help you prevent your hair from pre-mature graying than would you change your existing eating habits? Many a times, we just buy food without exploring their ingredients and even knowing that they are unhealthy for us. So now it’s time to gift yourself the same youthful appearance that has been lost with the occurrence of grey hair.
Add Proteins in your diet – Foods like Soya, cereals, eggs and lean meat are rich in protein that helps you keep long strands of silky and shiny black hair. So don’t forget to include these items in your diet.
Iron, Vitamins and minerals rich food – If you are amongst them who hate green leafy vegetables, then start consuming them. Green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, tomatoes, bananas, etc. are very good for hair and help to prevent graying of hair.
Amla Treatment – Amla is yet another excellent item that gets you rid of grey hair problem. Mix some dried amla with coconut oil and boil. Keep it for overnight and on the next day apply it all over your scalp and hairs. It’s one of the best treatments for grey hairs.
Black tea – Make a mixture by adding 1 tsp salt in 1 cup of black tea (without milk). Then massage this lukewarm mixture on your head and keep it for 30 minutes. Wash it off with a mild shampoo and keep doing this treatment on
Henna Mixture – Make henna mixture by adding henna powder, yogurt, coffee, methi seeds, mint and basil juice and boil it. Keep the mixture overnight and then on the very next day apply it on your hair. Keep it for at least 3 hrs and wash it off with shampoo to get that natural black hair color.
