Method: Sit low inclined on a bench and feet flat on the floor. Take two dumbbells and hold above the shoulders keeping arms straight. Slowly lower down to the sides to your chest and then again press back towards the ceiling. Do 10 reps and increase gradually.
Method:Lie straight on the bench with your feet flat on the floor. Hold the dumbbells above your shoulders with slightly bent elbows and try lowering the weight. Bring back the weights. Do 10 reps and increase gradually.
