1. Vegetable Maggi

This is a very simple and easy way to turn your maggie healthy.

Ingredients needed:

Maggie packet- 1
• Onion- 1 (chopped)
• Green Chilli- 1 (chopped)
• Capsicum- 1/2 (chopped)
• Carrot-1 (chopped)
• Ginger-1/2 grated
• Tomato puree- 2 teaspoons
• Butter- 2 teaspoons

How to make vegetable Maggi:

• First, take a pan and add butter to it.
• Now, add onion, green chilli, capsicum, carrot and ginger to the pan and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
• After that add tomato puree and Maggi to the vegetables and mix them for 2 minutes.
• Then, add water to the pan with Maggi masala and let it cook till the water is absorbed.
• Once it is ready, add coriander on top of it and enjoy.

2. Spinach (Palak) Maggi

With this cooking hack, add goodness of Spinach to your regular Maggi.

Ingredients needed:

Maggi– 1 packet
• Butter- 1 tablespoons
• Garlic- 1/2 teaspoon (paste)
• Green Chilli- 1 (chopped)
• Spinach- 1 cup (puree)

How to make palak Maggi:

• Heat the butter in a pan and add garlic paste to it and saute for a while.
• Now, add green chilli and spinach puree in the pan.
• Then, add maggi noodles and masala to the pan with little water.
• And cook till the water is absorbed.

3. Veggie Chicken Maggi

Love chicken then why not add this to your favourite Maggi.

Ingredients needed:

• Vegetables- your choice
• Oil- 1 teaspoon
• Ginger-garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
• Chicken pieces-1/2 cup boiled

How to make Veggie chicken Maggi:

• Take a pan and add oil to it.
• Now, add boiled chicken pieces in the pan with ginger garlic paste and cook it till it gets brown in colour.
• After that remove the pan from heat and keep it aside.
• Now take another pan and pour oil,
• Once the oil gets hot add vegetables and saute them.
• Then, add maggi and masala in the pan with water.
• And let it cook,
• Then, serve it with chicken pieces on the top.

4. Egg Maggi

Ingredients needed:

• Butter-1 tablespoon
• ‘Ginger paste-1/2 teaspoon
• Pepper-1/2 teaspoon
• Eggs-2
• Tomato ketchup- 1 teaspoon
Maggi-1 packet
• Vegetables- of your choice

How to make egg Maggi:

• First, heat butter in a pan.
• Add ginger paste and pepper powder in it and stir.
• Now, break eggs in the pan and let it cook.
• Then, add vegetables in the pan and let it cook for a while.
• After that, add maggi and masala with some water and cook it till water gets absorbed.
• Now, add tomato ketchup on the top and serve it hot.
