Ingredients needed to make paneer tandoori:

• 400 gm paneer.
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon refined oil
• 1 tablespoon refined oil
• ½ cup yoghurt curd
• 1 tablespoon ginger paste
• 3 tablespoon meat masala
• 4 pinches kasoori methi powder.


• Cut paneer cubes and marinate them for next 20 minutes.
• Then, take ginger, garlic paste, curd, meat masala and kasoori methi and mix it well.
• Now you need to put 1 tablespoon oil in kadhai and add paneer you already marinated.
• Then sauté it for a few minutes, cover and let it cook.
• Paneer releases water in such situation and you need to cook paneer in it.
• Once it looks like in gravy form, add some kasoori methi and mix it properly
• Now add salt as per your taste.
• Your Paneer Tandoori is ready now. Serve it with roti, rice and parathas.
