Cook it over medium flame. In the meantime, blanch the spinach leaves. Now, take another pan and add 2 teaspoons of oil to it. Then, add ginger and garlic paste to it. Saute it for a while. After that add mango powder, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, peas and salt. Mix all the ingredients properly and cook. Once the mixture is cooked add it to the blender jar with the blanched spinach and form a smooth paste. Take a large bowl and add mashed potatoes in it. Now, add gram flour to the mashed potatoes with the masala mixture that you prepared earlier. Then, add bread crumbs and mix all the ingredients properly. After preparing the mixture start making round patties. And in a pan start heating some oil over high flame. Fry the patties one by one.
